Ram H.2022-03-16Carlos and his team did a fabulous job painting the exterior of our house. He was so patient while we went through the painstaking process of selecting a color. In fact he was delightfully engaged in the process. The painting job was complicated as it required extensive scaffolding to reach the high walls and it also required access through the neighboring properties. He was diligent in keeping the areas tidy and clean and minimize the noise. He went above and beyond to predict problems that our design would have and then came up with cost-effective solutions that worked great, like how to route new pipes through the shed's concrete pad. His crew's attention to detail was right on target - everything came out looking really good. There were a few cases where Carlos saw that we needed some help with plumbing that we didn't even ask him to do, and he came the next day to help out which was a lifesaver. C. P.2021-03-19Responsive. Professional. Conscientious. Carlos and his team were solid. I called him about a leak during the heavy rains in March. We didn't know if the problem came from the roof or the siding and I liked that Carlos had experience building and repairing both. Carlos was very responsive and was able to come the very next day to inspect the property. On site I was impressed by his professionalism. He asked great questions that helped him zero in on the problem. He also came prepared. He had shoe covers to walk into the house, and the tallest ladder I had ever seen. He inspected both the roof and the siding and found that, tadaaaa, it was a problem with the gutter being backed up. He cleared it. After that, he continued his inspection to ensure there wasn't a problem anywhere else. He found a small crack on the side of the roof. He said he could fix it, but explained how we could do it ourselves. This was a relief for me as I worried we might have to rebuild the siding. I asked Carlos to charge me for his visit but he refused, which is too bad because this is the kind of business I want to support. Next time!Verified

I interviewed over ten contractors and fence companies and Carlos won my business based on trustworthiness, quality of work, customer service and price. His work is super high quality and he built a very straight fence that looks amazing in the space. My backyard had some challenges with retaining walls being in San Francisco and Carlos was very flexible and determined to ensure we got the best results, which he did. His team was also aligned to the same qualities and would love to work with them again on my next projects for the interior of the home and also landscaping.
